岗位职责：

1、做好公司、客户及瑞典公司三方之间的协调沟通工作。    

Coordinate and communicate 3   parties between company, customers and Sweden side.    

2、建立项目团队，能够及时满足项目的规划设计要求；    

Set-up project teams, so to   fit the requirement of the company for project requirements.    

3、安排、协调项目团队各岗位工作任务，提高工作效率；    

Arrange and coordinate the   work within the project team, to improve the working efficiency.    

4、对项目团队进行团队建设，增加团队凝聚力；    

Do the team building of the   project team, to improve the cohesiveness of the team.    

5、分析团队成员的技能及潜能，采取适当措施增强优点；    

Analyze the skills and   potentials of the team members and initiate appropriate measures to   strengthen the strength.    

6、跟踪检查项目的设计进度，以符合客户要求；    

Coordinate the progress of the   projects designing, in order to fit the request of the customer.    

7、检查评价项目的设计水平，满足客户需求；    

Check the designing level of   the projects, make sure for the requirements of the customer.    

8、完成领导交办的其他工作，及时应对业务需求。    

Fulfill other works arranged   by company, to support the business requirement in time.    

9、保证适当且及时向部门领导汇报工作。    

Assure proper reporting to the   head of the department in a timely manner.    

任职要求：

1、电气或机械类相关专业本科以上    

Bachelor’s degree above,   related major of electric or mechanics    

2、从事过项目经理。    

Experience as project manager.    

3、1年以上管理或与国际公司项目经验优先    

Several years of experience in   managing and coordinating successful international companies in projects is   preferred    

4、具有自动物流行业经验者优先。    

Capability in automatic   logistics is preferred.
